All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

To provide you with the most accurate pricing, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Local In-Store Pickup
Avoid shipping fees entirely by choosing In-Store Pickup at checkout.

Note: As per our Return Policy, any non-qualifying returns are also held for 30 days at this location.

5. Domestic & International Shipping

6. Damages & Missing Packages
ARZEL is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
