Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review our guidelines below to ensure your return qualifies for a refund.

1. Eligibility for a Full Refund

To receive a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and received within 10 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Merchandise must be unworn and unused.

  • Original Packaging: All original tags must remain attached to the product.

2. Items Ineligible for Refund

We take pride in the quality of our products and cannot accept items that are no longer in "new" condition. We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Items with tags removed.

  • Items showing any signs of wear (including, but not limited to, stains, perfumes, or odors).

  • Items that have been altered in any way.

3. Policy for Non-Qualifying Returns

Please ensure your return meets the criteria above before sending it back.

Important Note: If an item is returned to us that does not comply with our refund policy, we will not mail the product back to you. Instead, these items will be held at our in-store location for up to 30 days for you to pick up at your convenience. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated or discarded.
