Wedding/Group packaging

With over 10 years of experience, we have been fortunate to help with so many special occasions. ARZEL has helped many people look their best for their big day and are adept at answering most issues a party may face when preparing. From classic to trendy, we are familiar with a wide range of styles that make sure our customers look their part and at an affordable rate. 

To qualify for our group rate, parties must have at least 6 members. You may add as many members as you would like, but the package rate will always begin at 6. Some sizes may be unavailable, but additional alterations are available, for a fee, to provide the desired fit for each customer.

You must schedule an appointment with us for a wedding specialist to begin the process with you. They will be your main point of contact throughout the process for all questions and concerns.

  All members must be fitted and submit their sizes/payments no later than 5 weeks prior to the date of the event. We will order all necessary items and begin alterations immediately after the last person has paid for the group. No additional members may be added after the cut off date.  

A full payment must be paid at the time of measurement to prevent errors. All members are entitled to a full refund for any cancelations until the products have been ordered or altered. The main contact listed for the party will be contacted after the last person has paid and given an expected date for their products to arrive.  

If a member of the party is not able to make it to our physical location then they may submit their professional measurements to us via email (arzelgroup@arzelapparel.com). 

Please note that we will do exactly as the measurements say to the best of our ability, but refunds will not be available for anyone once a suit has been ordered/tailored to fit. It is recommended to come to our location for measurements for the most accurate possible fit from us. We offer the pants hemmed free of charge for all of our customers purchasing suits from us, but are unable to tailor any clothing that the customer is not physically present to try on for our specialist to see. If another member of the party wishes to pick up someone else in the party's package then they are free to do so.  We are not responsible for any times lost or stolen once it has left our store. 

After the products arrive, party member will need to come back to the store for a fitting to make sure it fits them as desired. Same day alterations may be available for party members.
